Beta Together is where Simon and I share the projects we’re building, the ideas we’re exploring, and what we’re learning along the way.
It all started as simple “do you have any app ideas?” text and plenty of “someone should make…” moments slowly turned into real projects, and we wanted a place to document that journey.
We’re are most definalty not experts, and we certainly don’t have everything figured out. We’re simply building things that solve problems we’ve experienced ourselves and sharing the process as we go.
You’ll find project updates, lessons learned, behind-the-scenes progress, and the occasional glimpse into the messy reality of turning an idea into something real.
Current Project: Pantry Pal
Pantry Pal is our first major project.
The idea came from a problem we kept running into ourselves: forgetting what food we already had, buying duplicates, and struggling to decide what to cook.
We’re building Pantry Pal to make kitchen organisation, meal planning, and food management simpler and less stressful.
Follow along as we continue to develop the app, test new features, and learn what it takes to bring an idea to life.

We’re still testing, tweaking, and improving things, but you can now be one of the first people to try Pantry Pal for yourself.
